Use of the site

By using claudecoaching.ai, you agree to these terms. The site is provided as-is. Interactive demos are for demonstration purposes — they show what's possible with Claude Code, not production services you can rely on for business operations.

Account responsibility

If you create an account or submit an application, you are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

Mentorship terms

Mentorship cohorts run for sixteen weeks. If you are actively participating and have not shipped by the end of the cohort, we continue working with you until you do. There are no refunds — but there is no abandonment either.

Acceptance into the mentorship is at our sole discretion. Submitting an application does not guarantee a spot. Cohort sizes are intentionally small.

Intellectual property

Everything you build during the mentorship belongs to you. The demos, templates, and educational materials on this site belong to Claude Coaching. You may not redistribute or resell mentorship materials.

Limitations of liability

Claude Coaching is an educational service. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, revenue, or results. We provide mentorship, tools, and direct support — what you build with them is up to you. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Claude Coaching is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or participation in the mentorship.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email to active mentorship participants.
